- Employing company is required to allot with a quota by the Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC)
- Continue employed by a local Technology Company recognized by Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) for visa extension
- Eligible to apply permanent residency
Immigration Arrangements
for Non-local Graduates (IANG)
- Obtain an undergraduate or higher qualification in a full-time and locally-accredited programme in Hong Kong
- Processing Time of 4-10 weeks
- No Quota limitation
- Employed by a local company for visa extension
- Eligible to apply permanent residency
Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS)
- Fulfill a set of assessments under General Points Test or the Achievement-based Points
- Processing Time of 4-8 months
- No Quota limitation
- Applied to applicant under General Points Test:
Settled in Hong Kong;
Obtain a specialist / senior level job with gainful income or establish a reasonable scale company in Hong Kong - Eligible to apply permanent residency
Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS)
- Category A: Annual Income reach HK$2.5 millions or
- Category B or C: Degree graduates in Top universities
- Processing Time of 4-6 weeks
